Let The Magic Castle staff help to make your Fundraiser a FUN & PROFITABLE profitable success!

Choose the Fundraiser Option that best fits your organization. Here’s how it works:

Pick a Date. Request any weeknight.
    (Mon – Thurs, 5:30pm – 8:30pm)
    We can customize this time or change It.
The Magic Castle will staff the Check-in on the day of your Fundraiser beginning 30 minutes before the start of your event.
Your Fundraiser donation check will be mailed to your organization within 14 days of your event.

We can customize either of the options, if needed.

OPTION #1

Bring your entire family! Have lots of FUN earning $ for your organization!

Attendees and their Family can choose from (2) Activities for only $6.00 per person:

  • Miniature Golf
  • Batting Cages
  • Soft Play
  • Arcade Game Play
$2.00 of each $6.00 Activity Package goes to your organization.
 
Example: If you have 50 participants that purchase the activity package, your organization will earn $100.00–and have Tons of FUN!

 

OPTION #2

This Fundraiser option allows your organization to earn back 15% of all purchases made by your organization!

Attendees can choose from multiple activities including:

  • Arcade Game Play
  • Miniature Golf
  • Batting Cages
  • Soft Play
  • Food
  • Drinks
  • Snacks

All purchases made by your organization will be totaled at the end of your event, and 15% of the total amount of the purchases will be sent to your organization.

Each paying individual will receive a wristband and The Magic Castle staff will track all of the purchases. All that is required of you is to have FUN, FUN, FUN!!

NO FOOD COUPONS MAY BE USED THE NIGHT OF THE FUNDRAISER IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION
